This edition has been specifically prepared for the students appearing for Set A of Self-Paced Online Modules i.e. ‘Corporate and Economic Laws’ examination of CA-Final (New Syllabus) for May & November 2024 attempt. Also, the author is sure that this book will be of great help in the preparation of Paper 6: Integrated Business Solutions in minimal time.

This book entails all the amendments notified up to 31st October 2023 which are applicable for May 2025 attempt.
Further, additional amendments, if any, up to 30th April 2024 (i.e. during the next 6 months), will be applicable for November 2024 attempt and amendment notes (along with the free amendment class) will be duly provided on our Telegram channel [t.me/CA_Law_HarshGupta] in due course of time. Students need to do a consolidated reading of this Compact Book along with amendments, if any, for the November 2024 attempt.
